When we hold
on so tightly to something we know that does not serve us we are preventing our
own healing from taking place. At the same time if we are holding onto all the
sadness, anger and fear it sometimes becomes a habit we get used, then we
forget what it felt like to experience joy, love, happiness, excitement,
kindness, gratitude etc, so think about one thing you are ready to let go of
today and shift your energy to being open for new things to happen.
